（一）、The jute fiber board equipment and its function
1、Raw material grabbing
The company uses the advanced disc-type grab equipment, which can grab many kinds of materials in the circle homogeneously as the equipment runs once. Miss-grabbing or less grabbing will not happen with this grabbing equipment, therefore materials can be put in homogeneously according to the designed quantity. The effect of this method can not be reached with others.
2、The initial dispersion and mix of raw materials
The raw material, grabbed and mixed by the disc, will enter into the loosening device to get preliminary dispersed. Then the sporadic loosed raw materials will be put into different storage silos several times in sequence. Afterwards, all the raw materials will be output at the same time and the raw materials realize its mix during the process of output.

3、The fine dispersion and mix
After the initial dispersion and mix, the fibers will be input to the automobileding machine through the feeding machine. Out of the automobile machine, the fibers present a single fiber state. At the time of being combed, the fibers have displacements on all sides, which cause the mix of the jute fibers and polypropylene fiber and then the pp fibers is distributed around the jute fibers evenly.
4、Spreading nets to manufacture hemp felt
According to the requirements of size and thickness of jute fiber boards, the lapping machine will set breadth for the fleece. Through the setting of the fabric layer, the company realizes the surface density comply with the design requirements.

5、Structures for the uniformity control of products
As the overlarge weight difference on the unit area and a great impact on the parts quality, it is necessary to control the weight uniformity of jute fiber boards. For this reason, the company tries its best to solve the problem through technological setting and add control structures.
1. The appropriate loose and mix is the foundation of the weight uniformity.
2. The company establishes computer control system of the density of the raw material in the storage warehouse of the auotomobileding machine to conduct dynamic measurement and deviation rectification .
3. To auotomobilery out dynamic measurement for the weight of the raw material, which is fed into the conveyor belt by the auotomobileding machine. Then conduct deviation rectification through the control of the input speed.
6、Hot pressing to finalize the design
The hot pressing machine sets the temperature, time and pressure automatically according to the technological setting. And the cold pressing machine will cool and finalize the jute fiber board that is heated by the hot pressing machine, which can control the thickness and molding results of the jute fiber board products.
